Winter Fruit Salad
I wait around all year for pomegranate to make its appearance in grocery stores. So, this year I wanted to come up with more ways to use it, starting with a good ol' fashion fruit salad. I decided to break from the traditional bananas and grapes, and, instead, go with winter fruits with a cozy hint of cinnamon.

Peel and section 3 mandarin oranges, and chop plums, pears, and apple into bite-size pieces
Transfer fruit to a mixing bowl. Halve the remaining orange and squeeze over the fruit to prevent browning
