Tropical Sorbet

Nothing says summer quite like the combination of tropical fruit and frozen treats. So, here it is. You only need THREE ingredients for this amazingly satisfying sorbet. Tropical Sorbet

3 cups cubed, frozen mango OR cubed, frozen pineapple

3/4 cup lite coconut milk

1/2 Lime

  1. Measure frozen pineapple/mango into food processor and process until crumbly. You'll probably have to start on low and then switch it to high once they big chunks get broken up

  2. With the food processor running, pour in coconut milk and juice from half of a lime, and continue to process until smooth and creamy. That's it: 4-5 minutes, 3 ingredients, 2 steps.
