Serves: 3 | Total Time: 5 minutes
3 cups cubed, frozen mango OR cubed, frozen pineapple
3/4 cup lite coconut milk
Measure frozen pineapple/mango into food processor and process until crumbly. You'll probably have to start on low and then switch it to high once they big chunks get broken up
With the food processor running, pour in coconut milk and juice from half of a lime, and continue to process until smooth and creamy. That's it: 4-5 minutes, 3 ingredients, 2 steps.
