Real Fruit Popsicles

I can hardly believe that August is almost halfway over. Well, before the warm days are completely over, let me introduce to you our new favorite, summery, sweet treat. They satisfy all sweet cravings, but you can eat two (or three...or...more) without any worries. And, as a bonus, they won't melt all over. So stock up on your summery fruits while they're still in season, and freeze a big batch to have all year round!

Real Fruit Popsicles

Serves: As many as you want | Active Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

Watermelon

Pineapple

Mango

Whatever large fruits you like

Popsicle sticks

  1. Cut fruit into popsicle-sized pieces (For watermelon, leave the rind on one end and pierce it with the knife just enough for the popsicle stick to fit in; For mango/pineapple cut off skin and then cut pieces lengthwise along the pit/core)

  2. Insert sticks

  3. Lay out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

  4. Freeze 2-4 hours (minimum) or until frozen solid

  5. Transfer to a bag or eat them right away
