Preservative Free Italian Marinade
I usually don't use marinades for two reasons: 1) Honestly, I forget to get it started far enough in advance. 2) Most of them are full of preservatives. I can't do much about the first one except put a reminder on my phone. This super easy recipe is an alternative to the preservative/sugar/sodium laden marinades you normally find. So, set a reminder on your phone to get this one going in time for dinner today!
