Cinnamon Raisin Muesli
The first thing you might be wondering is "What is Muesli?" It is made with similar ingredients to granola, but it is not sweetened or baked. Even though it is lacking the crunchy clusters, it is not lacking flavor or texture. And it's even easier to make! Just mix everything together and VOILA, an instantly healthy breakfast cereal. There are, of course, countless ways to make it, but this is our family's go-to (when we're not having waffles, of course).

Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
2 cups crushed raw, unsalted almonds
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cups unsalted pumpkin kernels
1/2 cup raw shelled, unsalted sunflower kernels
2 T cinnamon
Pulse almonds in food processor until finely chopped
Pour everything into a bowl or other container with a lid
Shake and twist the container until everything is evenly distributed
Pour some in a bowl with your *milk of choice and enjoy.
*Keep in mind that the oats will soak up the milk, so you may need more than usual. Also, once the oats soak up the milk, they soften, and all the flavors seem to come together—no more racing the clock to eat your cereal before it gets soggy.
