Baked Fries
Burgers and fries, fries and burgers—they go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong. So when you whip up those delicious burgers for your next barbecue, throw these fries on the side. They're baked, not fried, cut into thin strips, and covered in seasoning.

Baked Fries
9 smallish potatoes
1-2 T olive oil
1 T Thyme
1 T paprika
1/2 t salt
pinch of pepper
Preheat oven to 375° F
Wash potatoes
Cut potatoes into thin strips (I do a little thinner than my pinky, but I have very thin fingers) and place on lined tray
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle seasonings over potato slices
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, flipping about halfway through. Then broil for about 2 minutes or until the outside is crispy.
