Tropical Smoothie


Got a case of the winter blues? This refreshing mango, lime and coconut smoothie is a great wake up call or afternoon snack that will bring the sunshine to you. It's thick, creamy and satisfying with the perfect balance of sweet and tart.


Tropical Smoothie

3/4 cup coconut milk (shake to combine before opening can)

2 cups frozen mango

1 large frozen banana

Juice of 1/2 lime (plus a couple grates of zest)

1/2 cup water

  1. Blend everything together

  2. Drink both servings yourself or share with someone else
